Is there a minimum term?
The Growth Engine runs on a 3-month minimum. CRM & Retention packages have no minimum term.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. Every price on this page is per month, plus VAT.
Is ad spend included?
No. Your ad spend is separate from the package price.
Which platforms do you manage?
Meta is the core of the Growth Engine. Google Ads and TikTok Ads plug into the same strategy, so winning creative and learnings move between channels.
What's the difference between the TikTok packages?
TikTok Essentials runs your proven Meta winners on TikTok, with full account management and reporting. TikTok Advanced adds a TikTok creative strategy, a paid acquisition strategy, native scripts and Spark Ads.
Who looks after tracking?
It's included. We audit and set up tracking at the start, and a tracking specialist handles fixes and optimisation whenever they're needed.
How much creative will we get?
8 new creative concepts every month, plus ongoing iteration cycles on the ads that work.
Who pays the UGC creators?
You do, separately. The add-on covers finding, vetting, briefing and managing creators, and editing their content.
What does the retention package not cover?
CRM software, SMS usage and WhatsApp usage are paid directly by you.
How do we stay in touch?
